We’re involved in national issues while also bringing hope to people who may be experiencing hardship or injustice.

Every 17 seconds, someone is helped by the Salvos. In FY2022, we provided over 1.86 million sessions of care across all social programs.

What does good mean to The Salvation Army?

For the Salvos, it is more than a word – it’s a belief. It is helping someone at their point of need, walking alongside a community through and after crisis, lending a kind and caring space for someone feeling isolated. And a whole lot more.
