In 2019 we opened our first restaurant “NOTA” in Paddington, we tackled our first year of business followed by two years of COVID. At this time we were convinced it was all over so we parched ourselves out the front & invited locals down for a vino & a chat about what direction the world is going.

We went from a “Neighbourhood Bistro” to Pastry’s & Coffees, Breakfast , Lunch & Dinner 5 days a week each service consisting of 10 covers & 2 or 3 sittings.

Allonda (Located on Longland Street, Newstead) is our newest addition which opened in October 2022, NOTA is our flagship restaurant (Located in the old Montrachet, Paddington). We specialise in Modern European dining – Share style or A la Carte. Our spaces are both 80-90 Seater restaurants. NOTA has a “Wine Room” which can host up to 50 guests sit down & Allonda’s private dining room can hold a table of 24 located in the mezzanine of the Restaurant equipped with private bar, bathroom & staff – perfect for intimate dinners, celebrations & presentations.

As a small family business our core focus is on Good food, Good wine & Good service.
