From here you will follow ridgelines, mainly flat and descending tracks, there will also be a few medium ascends along the way before reaching the lowest point of the track alongside many creeks. From here we then start the long, long climb out of the valley. This section has many climbs towards the Dundas area. The climb, although very long, is very achievable for those who dedicate 4-5, 3 hour sessions towards hill training. During this climb the views to the west are spectacular.
From the Dundas area we will follow flat trails with only one short sharp climb towards the beautiful Mt. Nebo area where the finish line awaits.
