Annemarie Sage has been a trained facilitator for more than 15 years in her own consultancy business as a qualified psychologist. Her specialty was in working on behavioural shifts to help people achieve breakthroughs in their personal lives, which then transcends into higher performance in business.
Annemarie has the passion to understand how the human mind works, and has a Masters in Neurolinguistics programming, along with a Graduate Degree in Gestalt Therapy as well as being qualified in Enneagram profiling.
Annemarie joined Dale Carnegie in 2013 as she could further apply her abilities in assisting groups with significant shifts in areas including leadership and management, presentations, executive effectiveness, communication, interpersonal skills, customer service, selling skills and team development.
During her time in Dale Carnegie Annemarie has also worked with CEOs and Senior Directors on specific skills that get their teams performing at a high level. With a combination of facilitation, therapy and personality profiling, Annemarie assists businesses to find themost effective way to deliver training that benefits both the employer and employee.
Annemarie is a strong presenter, and one of the most enthusiastic individuals you will meet, with a passion and zest for life which exudes through her personality. Her ability to balance the many challenges of life, including working as an accredited Dale Carnegie Trainer, running a successful Consultancy business, as well as bringing up five children keeps her grounded and relatable to a wide range of audiences.
