Guardian Early Learning – King Street will join Brisbane Showgrounds new social, creative and community retail concept as part of the 15 year $2.9 billion urban regeneration project.

Located on King Street, the 2,000 square metre, three level architecturally designed centre joined King Street’s four co-operatives including Rockpool Dining Group and Urban Craft Brewing Co.’s food and beverage concept, studio spaces for the creative industries and providores, all supported by a multi-storey, 380 bay car park.

Brisbane Showgrounds Project Director Andrew Hay said the centre was vital for the community living and working in and around the precinct.

“The transformation taking place at Brisbane Showgrounds demonstrates a layered approach to authentic community building which provides local families with convenient amenity, giving children a great start to early childhood services fulfilling our customers’ needs and wants,” he said.

“This sort of amenity is essential for people working and living in city environments, creating convenience and improving quality of life.”
